CEBICHE



Cebiche, ceviche, sebiche or seviche (according to the RAE, it ca be written in these four ways, depending on the place) is a dish consisting of marinated meat (fish, seafood or both) in citrus dressings.

Cebiche is a popular dish in Peru, it is also considered a cultural heritage.
There are different types of preparation, let´s see what they are!


SALMON CEBICHE

it is a Thai style recipe, with coconut milk and ginger. A delight to the palate.
This recipe contains salmon and avocado as the main ingredients, differentiating it from the tradicional ceviche.


CANCÚN STYLE SHRIMP CEVICHE


Take yourself to the south pacific with the flavor of this Cancún style shrimp ceviche.
This dish has shrimp as its main ingredient, it is a dish usually prepared in Cacún, México

TUNA CEVICHE



This Tuna cebiche recipe is very low in calories, because it is a low-fast fish and the combination of plant ingredients provide the body with a lot of health.

Due to the aphrodisiac properties of the black shell ceviche, it is one of the most popular peruvian cebiches within  the population of the country, In addition to having an exquisite appearance and a particular flavor.




MY EATING HABITS


For breakfast I usually go to the university cafeteria, where breakfast is quite nutritious, usuallu quaker, chapo or coffe whit milk.




For lunch the same, I go to the university cafeteria to  pick up my food, dinner is also collected, this as a preventive measure for the covid-19
